In this session of Nanotechnology, we deal with the preparation of nanotechnology which allows the Integration of purely electronics devices, electronic chips and circuits. The digital systems are combined with analog/ RF circuits. The nanoscale dimensions of nanoelectronic components for systems of giga-sclae complexity measured on a chip or in a package. Nanotechnology makes it possible to develop new components which may be used together with electronic components in system design.
